So, instead of consuming meat or fish for protein, this diet plan suggests an alternative plant based protein and whole grains. This diet in my eyes will help you to reshape your lifestyle, which will over time promote weight loss!

Personally, I’m a big fan of fish, vegetables and garlic, but I’m also a fan of meat, but I do like the idea behind this diet but I don’t believe it’s a diet I could stick to!
Dietary approach to stop hypertension (Dash)
Living a healthy lifestyle means to reduce our consumption of sugary products, cut back on salt, unhealthy fats and become more active. If, you’re already living a similar lifestyle, then the dash diet could be the one for you! The dash diet is best suited to people who suffer from high blood pressure. People on the dash diet are encouraged to eat foods low in sodium, which ideally means a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
My assumption is that the dash diet comes very close to how we are encouraged, to live our lives. The only part missing is an exercise program and the recommendation of 7 – 8 hours of sleep each night.
