It will allow you to train different areas of your body, such as cardiovascular and strength. That also means a lot of distractions. You haven’t done bad, you’re in a place where losing weight is possible, but difficult. Your chances of losing weight are good, it will happen over time. The only downside is trying to sustain your training regime. It will require serious motivation.

- Pear – Its correct name is a Endomorph.
- Apple – Also, known as Ectomorph.
Your body type tells you where you’re more likely to store body fat. This is what Mother Nature has given you. Remember I said you shouldn’t try to fight it, working with it is the key.
Is this your body shape? If it is, you’ll have a muscular build and have reasonably good metabolism. Which, makes losing weight easy.
If this is your body type, then you will notice your body has a high proportion of fat and tends to store fat easily.
Is this you? Anyone with this body type will be quite lean and have a long body. Building muscle is often a problem.
Losing weight is about losing body fat. Depending on your body type this could be easy or hard. This will give your cardiovascular system a great workout. Throw in a few strength exercises and you’ve got a recipe for success.
Skip 3 – 4 times a week to burn between 200 – 300 calories every 15 minutes. This is like taking part in 5 rounds of boxing. Luckily no one will be trying to hit you! Mix in a few strength exercises like push-ups and squats for variety. I would like to add your calorie expenditure will be nothing compared to your skipping.

In most types of exercises you’re doing, your legs often play a major role. For instance if you’re skipping, your legs will be performing its duty. So,If, you’re running or squatting, your legs are the main working muscle group. Combine a good exercise routine with a sensible eating plan and you’ve nailed it.
Eating lean protein in every meal will help your body burn calories and assist in your weight loss. It’s advised that we consume 0.8 grams of protein, per kilo of body weight. Good sources of protein are:
Fish – Salmon, Tuna and Mackerel .
Eggs – A healthy source of protein.
