Our only concern is to keep active.

Your joints might not allow you to run. But It could be an exercise you’ve done in the past or been doing all your life. I would still advise caution and if you do want to run, take it very slow and don’t over do it!

This is totally stress free and can be done by anyone. Your basic requirement is being able to swim! Keep it steady, there’s no need to rush. Try to choose a stroke that you’re comfortable with and do your thing.

Taking part in a yoga class is a good idea, but I would like to say it could be stressful on your joints. The best way to maximize on the benefits is to know your ability and work within it. Even if it’s only for the beginning, until your body adjusts to the routines. The other thing I would mention is that, our general aim is to raise the heart rate. I don’t see this happening with yoga but it’ll be good for mobility.
Pilates for you.
This is a great form of exercise, it will keep you mobile and raise your heart rate. This should tick a lot of boxes for many people. I would like you to still be aware of your ability and you’ll be fine.
Skipping for timing and focus.
If, you’re not a very social person, your joints are in good condition and you’ve got the space. You could try skipping! Which, is also known has jumping rope. It’s a great form of exercise that can be done in the smallest of spaces. The only downfall is you’ll only get a good workout when you can achieve an uninterrupted session.
There’s nothing like having a dance. This is a great way to exercise and meet new like-minded people. The benefits of exercise to the body and mind are awesome. Even if you can’t dance, it’s worth learning, health permitting.
